A wall-mounted shoulder wheel for shoulder and arm range-of-motion work. The circular movement takes the joint through a full arc, and resistance is adjusted by tightening the knob.

The shoulder wheel is a fixture of upper-limb rehabilitation because the circular path guides the patient through a consistent range every repetition. Height is adjustable so the axis can be set to the individual shoulder rather than the other way round.
