Paraffin Wax Bath LCS-240
Hot & Cold Therapy
A paraffin wax bath with a stainless steel inner tank, an immersion-type wax heater and a thermostat holding the wax at treatment temperature. The outer tank and top are mild steel with a laminated wooden rim.

Wax therapy works because molten paraffin reaches into places a flat hot pack cannot. Fingers, knuckles and the small joints of the foot get an even coat that gives up its heat slowly as it sets. Thermostatic control is the safety-critical part - wax that runs hot burns, and wax that runs cold will not coat.
