Hot & Cold Therapy
A twin-tank contrast bath for arms and legs. Two heavy-gauge stainless steel tanks of 50 x 38 x 40 cm deep sit side by side in a tubular steel frame - one with a heating unit, the other with a heavy-duty cooling unit.

Contrast therapy alternates the limb between hot and cold to drive a pumping response in the circulation. Having both tanks at set, held temperatures in one frame is what makes the timing reproducible - improvising with buckets gives a different treatment every session.
